Meet the Cast and Crew of Rewrite The World

Yisrael Lutnick - Producer, director, Bert Cohen
A Long Island native, Yisrael began producing musicals in 2007 with his original work, If I Could Rewrite The World. Now, Rewrite is coming back! Yisrael is thrilled to be working again with Rosa Howden, Tom Zilbersztein and the fantastic cast and crew. He is saddened that true friend and musical director Haim Tukachinsky z"l will not be along for this journey, and dedicates the production to his memory. -
Rosa Howden - choreographer
Rosa hails from the UK, and has extensive musical theatre credits. In Israel, she has choreographed for LOGON and other groups. For Israel Musicals, she choreographed Kismet and co-directed CATS. Rosa directed and choreographed a national tour of Joseph for the Spotlight Theatre Company. -
Tom Zylbersztein - musical director
This is Tom's first production with Israel Musicals. He is a student of composition and piano at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Art, and comes with musical and theatrical experience on both sides of the ocean. -
Yossi Mark - Aaron Cohen
Yossi is an accomplished singer and performer. He will be singing backup in this year's Eurovision contest. Yossi is proud to be playing his first starring role in a musical with Israel Musicals in a new show. -
Zvi Goldfeld - Biblical Aaron
He has graced many a stage, including our own as the Wazir in Kismet and the King in The King and I. Zvi is very excited to be playing Biblical Aaron in this fantastic and original musical blend of contemporary and biblical themes. -
Akilah Mosley - Sheila Cohen, Tzipora
Akilah is making her debut with Israel Musicals. "Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter." (Martin Luther King Jr.) -
Asher Halperin - stage manager, Avihu, student
A great lover of theatre and musicals, Asher has performed and stage managed for J-Town Playhouse, and performed with Bet Hillel and with JEST. -
Jensen Greif - Jon Green, Nadav
Jensen is making his Israeli debut in Rewrite the World. A dancer and choreographer, Jensen hails from Stamford, Ct. -
Rivka Deray - Alicia Green, Elisheva
Rivka has been seen on stage most recently in Hidden, the Secret Jews of Spain. She is excited to be a part of this new, original musical. -
Bracha Daniel - Miriam, student
Bracha is new to Israel Musicals and is enjoying the creative process of a new, original, work! -
Gal Boaron - Pharaoh, student
Gal is a voice teacher and graduate of the Rimon school of music. She comes from Rishon Lezion and is enjoying her musical theater debut! -
Yisrael Levitt - Dr. Steve, Korach
Yisrael has graced the stage of Israel Musicals and other companies for many a production. With Israel Musicals he has been everything from John Hancock to Drake to Mayor Shinn to various parts in The Producers. -
Evelyn Inker - Student, Mrs. Korach
Evelyn is 18, from San Francisco, and she looks forward to being a part of an incredible show in Israel! -
Alex Falk - student, Aviram
A fifteen year old from Jerusalem. Alex is excited to be back in the theater community after taking a three year hiatus, before that having been acting under a different name since age seven.
